New month, new giveaway - actually, this month we are having two giveaways! Hey, maybe *five*, depending on how I feel like divvying up the goodies. Two or five winners - what do you think? Wait, it'd be six winners. Oh this is getting confusing. Stop babbling, Charmaine, and get on with it! (This is what happens when I am overworked, sick and stressed - not pretty, is it?)

Right. First off, we have a chance for two people to win gift certificates worth $85 each for a free photography session from Faber Photographic. This is an especially great prize if you are like me and rather neglectful when it comes to getting family photos done. (I *will* get some done for Christmas this year! Gee, wish I could win this giveaway! :) ) Faber Photographic specializes in family, maternity and newborn portraits, so you will be well taken care of there - check out their website here to see examples of their work. They are based in Elmsdale, but their service area includes Halifax, Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Sackville, Bedford, Waverly, and Enfield.

It's so very sad to say, but with only two days left in August, and fall right around the corner, that means attention will too soon be turning to Christmas shopping.
